Job Title Field Collection Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Collection Executive to visit customers at their registered locations and collect overdue loan or credit payments. The candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned recovery targets while maintaining qualified customer relationships and following company policies and applicable collection guidelines.

- Key Responsibilities Visit customers at their registered/residential/business addresses for payment follow-up.
- Collect overdue loan installments, credit card dues, or other outstanding payments through approved methods.
- Explain outstanding amounts, payment schedules, and available repayment options to customers.
- Follow up on promised payment dates and ensure timely collection.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payments, commitments, and follow-up activities.
- Submit daily collection and field visit reports to the supervisor.
- Handle customer queries and payment-related concerns professionally.
- Identify difficult or high-risk accounts and report them to the concerned supervisor.
- Coordinate with the office/team for payment reconciliation and account updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
- Follow ethical collection practices, company procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
