- Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Call potential customers from provided databases to pitch products/services.
- Sales Conversions: Understand customer needs and close sales deals effectively over the phone.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a positive, qualified relationship with prospects to encourage repeat business.
- Data Logging: Accurately update customer details, interaction notes, and sales status in the CRM database.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volumes and monthly sales targets.
- Salary & Compensation
- Freshers: ₹10,000 to ₹16,000 per month (depending on communication skills).
- Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000+ per month (Salary is highly negotiable and totally depends on your performance in the interview).
- Incentives: High performance-based commission structures over and above the fixed salary.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Communication: Clear verbal communication in Hindi, Punjabi, or English (as per target market).
- Skills for Freshers: Quick learner, positive attitude, and eagerness to build a career in sales.
