We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and other menu items. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages.
- Operate coffee machines and other beverage preparation equipment.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
- Handle basic food and beverage preparation as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and service area.
- Check stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Assist with inventory management and report stock requirements.
- Handle customer requests and resolve basic service concerns professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Support other restaurant or café operations when required.
