Data Entry Operator

Job Purpose / Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Operator who possesses strong web research and data analytical skills. The ideal candidate will not just perform standard data entry but will be responsible for sourcing, extracting, and verifying business data from various international trading portals and B2B directories.

The primary focus of this role is to extract accurate corporate details, including official email addresses, direct contact numbers, and WhatsApp numbers of potential global clients, maintaining an uncompromised database for our export division.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- International Data Extraction: Actively research and extract high-quality business data from global B2B platforms, international trading portals, and online directories.
- Lead Detail Sourcing: Mine specific contact information of global companies, including verified email IDs, active corporate phone numbers, WhatsApp contact channels, and key decision-maker details.
- Database Management: Compile, systematically organize, and enter the sourced information into Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets with 100% accuracy.
- Data Verification & Cleaning:



Cross-verify the extracted emails and numbers using online validation tools to eliminate duplicates, dead leads, or incorrect data.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain and update a daily tracking sheet of the number of valid leads generated and processed for the export/sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator, Web Researcher, or Lead Generation Executive (Experience in the FMCG or Export sector is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Filters, Data Sorting, and Formatting).
- Sourcing Expertise: Familiarity with international B2B directories, LinkedIn sourcing, and global trade portals.
- Attention to Detail: High typing speed with extreme accuracy; ability to spot inconsistencies or errors in data quickly.
- Language Proficiency: Good understanding of English to navigate international websites smoothly.
