Compensation: Up to ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month (Base pay per order + distance allowance + surge bonuses + performance incentives)

Position Overview

We are looking for energetic and reliable Delivery Partners to join the Swiggy fleet. As a Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for picking up food, groceries, and packages from partner stores/restaurants and delivering them safely and promptly to customer locations using the Swiggy Partner App.

Key Responsibilities

- Pickup & Delivery: Collect food, grocery (Instamart), or package orders from merchant locations and deliver them to customers' doorsteps in a timely manner.
- Route Navigation: Follow GPS navigation via the Swiggy Partner App to find the fastest delivery routes.
- Customer Interaction: Handle orders with care and maintain a polite, skilled attitude during drop-offs to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Order Verification: Double-check order items at pickup to ensure package security and completeness before dispatch.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to local traffic rules, ride safely,



and follow standard food hygiene and delivery protocols.

Minimum Requirements & Eligibility

- Age: Minimum 18 years of age.
- Vehicle: Personal Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) or Electric Vehicle (EV) / Bicycle.
- Device: Android Smartphone with an active internet connection and operational GPS.
- Language: Basic reading skills in English or the local regional language to use the app effectively.

- Valid Driver’s License (for motorized vehicles)
- Aadhaar Card or Voter ID (for identity verification)
- PAN Card
- Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) & Insurance
- Active Bank Account details / Passbook (for weekly payouts)
