We are looking for a confident, polished and relationship-oriented professional to work closely with the Partner, with a focus on business development, client relationships, legal coordination and executive support.

? Business Development & Client Relations

Identify and develop current clients and business opportunities through networking, referrals and professional relationships.

Build and maintain relationships with corporates, banks, financial institutions, promoters and professionals.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Partner and legal team for suitable legal services.

Assist the Partner in client meetings and business development activities.

Maintain client/prospect databases and business development MIS.

⚖️ Partner & Legal Coordination

Manage the Partner's calendar, meetings, correspondence and follow-ups.

Coordinate with clients, advocates, senior counsels and the legal team.

Assist in litigation and non-litigation matters, including documentation, legal notices, case updates and fee coordination.





Assist with legal documentation such as lease deeds, sale deeds, title search reports and other para-legal requirements, wherever required.

Maintain legal records, matter trackers, MIS and confidential documents.

? What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills.

Good understanding of legal/para-legal processes.

Strong coordination, documentation and MIS skills.

Ability to interact confidently with clients, advocates, counsels and senior professionals.

? Experience

Legal/para-legal or law-firm experience will be an advantage.

Candidates with backgrounds in law firms, legal departments, banking/financial institutions, professional services, business development, client servicing or executive/secretarial roles may be considered.
