We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Order Executive to join our team.
- Job Responsibilities: Call customers and communicate with them professionally.
- Take and confirm customer orders over the phone.
- Handle customer queries and provide product information.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls and orders.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Requirements: Good communication skills in English.
- Hindi communication is also preferred.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous telecalling / customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.
