high‑quality incident resolution, RCA, continuous improvements, CO month-end closing cycles , and

enhancement deployments . Adept at working in

night‑shift models , global delivery frameworks, and SLA‑driven AMS environments. Experienced in

JIRA and ServiceNow

ticketing tools for incident, problem, change, and release management.

SAP FI Configure and support SAP FI modules including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Financial Closing & Reporting Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects. Perform system configuration, customization, testing, and documentation. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Integrate SAP FI with related modules such as CO, MM, SD, PP,



and Treasury. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Conduct user training and prepare functional specifications. Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, workflows, and SAP developments. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and internal controls.
