Tomson Electronics is building an ecosystem that makes electronics procurement simpler for students, hobbyists, researchers, businesses, and manufacturers.

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Success Associate who enjoys talking to customers, understanding their requirements, solving problems, and turning enquiries into successful business relationships.

This is not just a coordination role. You will be part of the customer-facing team that directly contributes to our growth.

- What You'll Do? Customer EngagementRespond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, website and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electronic products and solutions.
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers.
- Ensure customers receive timely and accurate responses.
- ? Sales & Business GrowthConvert enquiries into quotations, orders and repeat business.
- Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and identify new requirements.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- ⚙️ Sales CoordinationCoordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, Accounts, Ecommerce and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Track orders from enquiry to delivery.
- Ensure quotations, sales orders and customer information are accurately maintained in the ERP/CRM.
- Follow up internally to resolve delays, shortages or customer issues.
- ? Sales IntelligenceMaintain accurate customer and sales data.
- Track enquiries, quotations, conversions and follow-ups.




- Identify recurring customer requirements and communicate market feedback to the team.
- Prepare basic sales reports and updates for management.
- ❤️ Customer SuccessEnsure customers have a smooth experience before, during and after the sale.
- Proactively follow up on important orders.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate their resolution.
- Build relationships that result in repeat customers, referrals and long-term business.

- Good at follow-ups and getting things done.
- Comfortable working with numbers, ERP/CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- Able to coordinate with multiple teams without losing track of priorities.
- A quick learner who takes feedback seriously.
- Target-oriented and motivated by measurable results.

Freshers are welcome.You don't need to know every electronic component on Day 1.

We can teach you the products. We are looking for the attitude, curiosity and ownership.
