Identify and develop current international business opportunities through online research, email campaigns, LinkedIn, databases, and other platforms.

Handle and communicate with international clients through professional emails, calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings.

Prepare and send business proposals, quotations, product presentations, and company profiles to prospective clients.

Manage regular email communication and follow-ups with existing and potential international customers.

Generate leads from international markets and maintain a proper database of prospects and clients.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Sales, Production, Accounts, and Dispatch teams to provide timely solutions.

Follow up on quotations, inquiries, samples, orders, payments, and other customer requirements.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.

Coordinate with clients regarding product specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, documentation,



and order status.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client communication, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.

Conduct market research to identify new countries, industries, customers, competitors, and business opportunities.

Support the team in achieving monthly and annual international sales targets.

Prepare regular reports regarding lead generation, client follow-ups, conversion, and sales performance.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with the export/logistics team for shipping and export-related documentation wherever required.

Attend international client meetings through Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.

Ensure all client communication is professional, timely, and aligned with company policies.
