We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage store profitability.

- Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations ManagementManage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Monitor store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Sales & Business PerformanceAchieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive footfall generation and improve customer conversion.
- Monitor key retail KPIs such as sales, basket size, ATV, and customer retention.
- Implement promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
- Team ManagementLead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage manpower productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
- Ensure high employee engagement and discipline.
- Inventory & Wastage ControlMonitor stock availability and prevent stock-outs.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Control shrinkage, damages,



and wastage within approved limits.
- Coordinate with category and warehouse teams for timely replenishment.
- Customer ExperienceDeliver exceptional customer service standards.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.
- Build strong customer relationships and loyalty.
- Financial ManagementMonitor store P&L;, operating expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure effective control over store expenses and manpower costs.
- Manage cash handling, banking, and billing operations accurately.
- Key RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in retail store operations, with at least 2 years in a Store Manager role.
- Experience in Supermarket, FMCG, Grocery, Retail Chain, or Modern Trade.
- Robust understanding of inventory management, wastage control, and team handling.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and retail billing systems.
