Position: Delivery Partner

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Industry: E-commerce / Food & Grocery Delivery

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver customer orders safely and on time.

Pick up orders from the assigned store, warehouse, or restaurant.

Verify order details before delivery.

Follow the assigned delivery routes and use the delivery app efficiently.

Maintain good communication and professional behaviour with customers.

Collect payments when applicable and ensure accurate order handover.

Handle packages carefully and maintain delivery quality standards.

Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the support team.

Complete the required number of deliveries during the assigned shift.

Requirements:

Valid Driving Licence.





Own bike/scooter with valid documents.

Android smartphone with internet connection.

Basic knowledge of using mobile apps and Google Maps.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Previous delivery experience is an advantage but freshers can also apply.
