Role & Responsibilities

- Provide operational support for container sealing and unsealing operations at assigned locations.
- Coordinate with clients, Customs authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operations.
- Deliver end-to-end operational support while adhering to company procedures and service standards.
- Perform hardware installation, troubleshooting, and in office technical support during sealing/unsealing activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational and technical issues.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational records and reports as required.
- Be willing to travel to client locations and work in rotational shifts, if required.

Required Skills
