Key Responsibilities of a Site Engineer
1 Site Supervision - To monitor daily construction activities and to ensure work progress as per plan
2 Quality Control - To check quality of materials, workmanship and overall site work.
3 Material Management - To manage material requirements, stock inventory and material purchasing
4 Coordination - To co-ordinate with contractors, labours, consultants and clients for smooth workflow
5 Safety Compliance - To ensure safety measures in place and identify potential hazards
6 Documentation - To maintain daily progress reports, checklists, test reports and site records
7 Ensuring Progress as per Schedule - To keep work on track to meet timeline and deadlines
