Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Explain menu items and assist customers with their requirements.
- Ensure timely and proper service.
- Clear and clean tables after customers leave.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order service.
- Handle customer requests and basic complaints professionally.
- Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
- Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
