Outlet Staff – Ice Cream Store Operations

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Outlet Staff to manage the day-to-day operations of our Iceberg Organic Ice Cream outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and provide valuable customer service.

- Serve ice creams and other products properly.

- Handle billing, cash, UPI and digital payments.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, counter and equipment.

- Check and maintain daily stock/inventory of ice cream, cones, cups, packaging and other supplies.

- Inform the owner/manager about low-stock or damaged/expired products.

- Handle required local purchases and maintain purchase records.

- Ensure proper storage and handling of ice cream and other products.

- Open and close the outlet as per schedule.





- Maintain daily sales, stock and basic outlet records.

- Take care of outlet equipment and report any maintenance issues.

- Follow company standards for hygiene, customer service and outlet presentation.

- Help maintain a clean, organized and attractive store at all times.

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Honest, responsible and punctual.

- Basic knowledge of billing and digital payments.

- Able to work independently and manage daily outlet activities.

- Previous experience in a retail, food or ice cream outlet is preferred but not mandatory.
