Job Summary

We are looking for a Mumbai-based Technical Service Engineer with solid electronics and

electrical troubleshooting skills. The candidate should know Mumbai well and be willing to travel for

installations, servicing, and maintenance of aroma diffusion systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and service aroma diffusers.

- Diagnose and repair electronic faults.

- Perform preventive maintenance.

- Troubleshoot PCB, power supply, pumps, motors, fans, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connectivity.

- Train customers on machine operation.

- Maintain service records and spare inventory.

- Support product demonstrations.

Required Skills

- Electronics/electrical troubleshooting.

- Multimeter and testing equipment.

- AC/DC adapters, PCB circuits, motors, sensors.

- English,



Hindi and Marathi communication.

Qualifications

Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 2–5 years of field service

experience preferred.

Candidate Profile

Resident of Mumbai, willing to travel across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. Two-wheeler

licence preferred. Customer-focused and self-driven.

Salary

25,000–40,000/month + Travel Allowance + Mobile Reimbursement + Performance Incentives.

Working Hours

Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.

KPIs

Service turnaround time, first-time fix rate, customer satisfaction, documentation quality.
