Job Opening: Area Officer – Security Operations

Locations: Bhiwandi | Thane | Navi Mumbai | Central Mumbai | Pune

We are hiring experienced Area Officers to lead and manage security operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day security operations within the assigned area.
- Manage deployment, attendance, and discipline of security personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor manpower planning, recruitment support, and retention.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
- Conduct training and briefing sessions for security guards and supervisors.

Requirements:

- Prior experience working with a Security Services Company is mandatory.




- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and client relationships.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational documentation.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Preferred:

- Experience in facility management/security services industry.
- Ex-servicemen will be given preference.
