The role comprises of making people understand our project, sales pitch to the clients, taking them to site visits and converting the client. The role also need basic understand of loan, documentation, drafting agreements, making powerpoint presentations, a small amount of cold calling, communication with our other vendors, designers, architects, lawyers etc.
