About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Visualizer with strong expertise in 3DS Max, 3D modelling, and photorealistic rendering.

The ideal candidate should be capable of taking an interior design concept from drawings and references through to a complete, presentation-ready 3D visualization independently. You should be comfortable understanding design intent, making modelling and material decisions, setting up lighting and cameras, rendering, and making revisions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed 3D models and interior environments using 3DS Max.

- Develop high-quality, photorealistic interior renders based on design drawings, concepts, references, and material specifications.

- Independently handle projects from initial modelling to final rendering.

- Accurately interpret architectural and interior design drawings, plans, elevations, and reference images.

- Create realistic materials, textures, lighting, furniture, finishes, and accessories.

- Set up cameras and compositions that effectively communicate the design.

- Ensure accurate proportions, detailing, materials, and overall design intent in the visualization.

- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final renders within deadlines.

- Source and optimize appropriate 3D models, textures, and assets when required.

- Maintain organized 3D files, models, materials, and project assets.

- Coordinate with designers and the internal team to understand requirements and execute visuals efficiently.

- Take ownership of assigned projects and work independently without requiring constant supervision.

Required Skills





- 2–3+ years of professional experience as a 3D Visualizer, preferably in interior design, architecture, or related fields.

- Strong proficiency in Autodesk 3DS Max.

- Excellent 3D modelling skills.

- Strong understanding of photorealistic rendering and visualization.

- Valuable knowledge of materials, textures, lighting, reflections, and realistic detailing.

- Ability to create accurate models from 2D drawings and design references.

- Strong understanding of interior design aesthetics and proportions.

- Ability to independently manage a project from design input → 3D modelling → materials → lighting → rendering → final output.

- Good attention to detail and ability to identify design and modelling issues independently.

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects when required.

Preferred

- Experience with Corona Renderer / V-Ray.

- Knowledge of Photoshop for post-production and final image enhancement.

- Experience working on residential and luxury interior projects.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior renders and modelling.

- Ability to understand and execute a designer's vision while also making practical visualization decisions independently.

What We’re Looking For

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to operate 3DS Max. We are looking for a self-sufficient 3D Visualizer who can receive a design, understand what needs to be achieved, and independently produce a high-quality final visualization.

Strong ownership, attention to detail, design understanding, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
