- Plan & Deliver: Create daily and weekly lesson plans that align with early childhood educational standards. Create activities that are fun and educational for the children.
- Nurture & Care: Maintain a warm, protected, and inclusive environment, tending to children's basic needs (e.g., meals, hygiene, and rest).
- Assess & Report: Conduct ongoing evaluations of children's development and host regular Parent-Teacher Conferences to discuss progress.
- Classroom Management: Manage classroom routines, transitions, and positive behavioral interventions. Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunch time and rest time for students.
- Health & Safety: Strictly adhere to state licensing regulations, sanitation protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside fellow teachers and staff to prepare materials and organize school-wide events.
