Position: Field Debt Recovery Executive (DRA Certified)

Office Location: Patparganj, Delhi

Work Location: Delhi NCR

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred in Debt Recovery / Collection

Job Description-We are looking for a DRA Certified Field Debt Recovery Executive to join our collection team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit customers for outstanding payment recovery.
- Handle assigned collection cases and achieve recovery targets.
- Follow up with customers and maintain payment commitments.
- Maintain proper records of field visits and collection status.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Requirements:

- Valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in debt recovery/collection preferred.
- Male candidates required.
- Must have a valid 2-wheeler and driving license.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
- Target-oriented and professional approach.
