Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Lead Generation. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and improve business growth.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and campaign optimization.
- Prepare regular performance reports and analyze campaign data.
- Test different ad creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the sales/recruitment team to ensure effective lead conversion.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising strategies.
- Required SkillsHands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Solid experience in Google Ads.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation.
- Knowledge of campaign optimization and performance tracking.
- Analytical and data-driven approach.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to meet lead-generation targets.

Mandatory Requirement

- Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Preferred CandidateCandidates with proven experience in paid advertising and lead generation will be preferred.
- Candidates who can independently manage Meta and Google campaigns are highly preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
