Premier Acquisition Manager (PAM) – Deputy Manager | Business Banking

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals for the Premier Acquisition Manager (PAM) role in Ernakulam/Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire New-to-Bank Current Account customers from the market.

Identify and approach business owners, SMEs, traders, professionals and corporate customers.

Drive Current Account acquisition and account value/funding.

Generate business through market visits, references and lead generation.

Cross-sell banking products such as CMS, POS, Business Loans, Working Capital, LAP, Insurance and Investment products.

Build strong relationships with newly acquired customers.

Achieve monthly acquisition, value and cross-sell targets.





Ensure proper KYC documentation and adherence to banking compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year experience in Banking/NBFC/Financial Services Sales preferred.

CASA / Current Account / Liability / Business Banking sales experience will be an advantage.

Strong communication, customer acquisition and field-sales skills.

Should be comfortable with field sales and new-client acquisition.

Immediate/early joiners preferred.
