Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team in Puri. This is a field-based role that involves promoting products/services, generating leads, and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned locations to promote products/services
- Generate leads and convert them into customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Report daily activities and performance

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally for field work
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
