?‍? Position: In-Shop Promoter (JBP)

? Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Dulux products at assigned retail stores.

• Assist customers in selecting the right paint products.

• Build relationships with painters, contractors, and influencers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and brand visibility.

• Share market and competitor feedback with the reporting manager.

? Eligibility:

• 10th / 12th Pass.

• 0–3 years of experience in retail sales/promoter roles (Freshers can also apply).

• Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

• Sales-oriented attitude.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
