We are seeking an energetic and result-driven E-Commerce Executive to efficiently manage our online sales channels, brand website, and marketplace operations. In this role, the ideal candidate will oversee product listings, inventory management, order processing, and strategies to drive online brand visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketplace & Website Management: Handle end-to-end product listings, pricing updates, and cataloging across major platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit.
- Order & Inventory Management: Coordinate daily order fulfillment, monitor stock levels, and maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
- SEO & Optimization: Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and high-ranking keywords to enhance search rankings and conversion rates.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Plan, set up, and monitor promotional campaigns, deals, discounts, and marketplace advertising to maximize ROI.




- Customer Support & Reputation: Address customer inquiries, handle warranty claims/returns, and implement initiatives to drive positive reviews and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track key performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, return rates, and customer traffic trends.

Requirements & Skills

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, and D2C platform oversight.
- Robust understanding of E-Commerce SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis, and report generation).
- Familiarity with digital advertising and social media promotion is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented, deadline-driven mindset.
