1. Incoming Material Inspection: Inspect carbon fibers, glass fibers, fabrics, prepregs, cores, resins, adhesives and consumables against specifications and maintain inspection records.

2. In-Process Quality Control: Carry out dimensional, visual and process inspections during cutting, lay-up, vacuum bagging, curing, trimming, machining and assembly.

3. Final Inspection: Perform dimensional inspection, visual inspection and acceptance checks of finished composite parts, tools and assemblies before dispatch.

4. Measurement & Testing: Use vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM (where available), ultrasonic thickness gauges and other inspection equipment. Support NDT activities such as ultrasonic inspection when required.

5. Documentation: Prepare inspection reports, First Article Inspection (FAI) records,



non-conformance reports (NCRs), inspection checklists and maintain traceability records.

6. Calibration & Control: Ensure inspection instruments are calibrated and maintained. Verify gauges before use.

7. Standards & Compliance: Ensure inspection activities comply with AS9100, ISO 9001, customer specifications, drawings and approved manufacturing procedures.

8. Manufacturing Support: Coordinate with production, design and project teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze defects, monitor quality trends and recommend preventive actions to improve product quality.
