Job Title: Back Office Admin Executive

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Reporting To: CEO

Job SummaryWe are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Back Office Admin Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the business. The candidate will work directly under the CEO and coordinate across accounts, e-commerce operations, clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily back-office and administrative operations
- Make and maintain entries in Tally (sales, purchases, expenses, invoices, etc.)
- Manage and coordinate orders received through website, Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team for timely order processing
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, payments, and basic queries
- Coordinate with vendors for purchases, quotations, payments, and follow-ups
- Maintain office records, documents, reports, and significant data
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic GST-related documentation




- Coordinate between different internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare basic reports and updates for management
- Handle follow-ups, calls, emails, and other official communications
- Provide administrative and secretarial support directly to the CEO
- Assist the CEO with day-to-day coordination, task tracking, and operational follow-ups

Requirements

- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, Word, and Email
- Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive personality
