Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand) + Incentives

Location: Sector 3, Noida (WFO)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Assistant Sales Manager to promote CreditQ’s financial services/products, generate leads, and convert them into customers. The candidate should have good communication skills and a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, field visits, and references
- Explain company products/services to potential customers
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain follow-ups and build solid customer relationships
- Update sales data and reports regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing

Requirements

- Graduate / Undergraduate (with sales experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
