Job SummaryWe are looking for a Male IT Support Executive who can independently handle the company’s day-to-day IT requirements, including laptops, computers, printers, internet, Wi-Fi, software, CCTV, and other office IT equipment.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and maintain company laptops, desktops, and computer systems.
- Install and configure Windows, software, applications, and drivers.
- Troubleshoot laptop, desktop, software, and hardware-related issues.
- Set up laptops and computers for new employees.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, internet, LAN, routers, and basic networking issues.
- Handle printers, scanners, projectors, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV and biometric systems.
- Maintain records of laptops, computers, accessories, and other IT assets.
- Manage basic IT security, antivirus, updates, and backups.
- Create and manage employee email accounts and basic system access.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, AMC, internet, and other technical services.




- Maintain proper records of IT purchases, repairs, and equipment.
- Provide quick technical support to employees whenever required.
- Ensure all office IT systems are working properly.
- Handle any other IT-related work assigned by management.
- RequirementsMale candidate.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / IT Executive role preferred.
- Good knowledge of laptops, desktops, Windows, MS Office, printers, and software.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to identify and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Should be hands-on and willing to handle day-to-day technical issues independently.
- IT/Computer-related qualification preferred.

Ideal CandidateThe candidate should be technically hands-on, responsible, and proactive, with the ability to manage all routine office IT requirements without constant supervision.
