Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to handle customer interactions, follow-ups, and inquiries professionally. The candidate should be fluent in the regional language and have at least 1 year of experience in customer communication or telecalling.

- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide required product information.




- Maintain daily call records and update client communication details.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Requirements:Minimum 1 Year of experience in telecalling or customer handling.
- Must be fluent in 1 regional language (Kannada/Malayalam/Telugu/Tamil) and have basic English communication.
- Should have a personal mobile instrument.
- Laptop/System and official phone number will be provided by the company.
- Good communication skills, patience, and polite attitude towards clients.
- Qualification:Any Graduate / Diploma with good communication skills.

Salary:As per experience and performance.
