Position: Technical Sales Engineer

Gender: Male

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/- per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Technical Sales Engineer to handle sales and customer development for industrial bearings and related products. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing appropriate technical solutions, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their technical requirements.
- Promote and sell bearings and industrial products.
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices with customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Provide technical product information and application support.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing,



and market activities.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, and sales.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve product-related concerns professionally.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in technical sales, bearings, industrial products, or machinery will be an advantage.
- Strong technical understanding and product-learning ability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Male candidates only.

ExperienceCandidates with experience in bearings, industrial machinery, automobile components, mechanical products, or B2B technical sales will be preferred.

Freshers with good technical knowledge, communication skills, and a solid interest in sales may also apply.
