Job Title: Star Premium Sales Associate

Job Description:

Functional responsibilities: -

· Prospect and generate current leads, as well as catering and cracking the leads given

· Developing and maintaining relationship with Painting Contractors

· Explain about Berger products to potential customers/contractors and convince them to purchase Berger

· Organize promotional event and/or give presentation about various rewards/benefits to contractors

Education Qualification: - Graduates preferred.

Experience/Knowledge/Skill requirement/Tools requirement: -

· Freshers can apply

· Sales and promotion knowledge, marketing know-how

· Interpersonal skill, Convincing Skill, Communication skill

· Hands-on knowledge about Mobile Apps & Online platforms like PayTM, GPay, PhonePe

· Preference for candidates from: -

o Paints & Building Material - Allied industries like: Asian Paints, Kansai Nerolac, Akzo, Dulux, Cement, Electrical, Pipe, Hardware

o BFSI/Eductech/Insurance -

· Ready to travel and having two-wheeler is mandatory (Driving License is must)
