Stelios Ventures is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Picker & Packer to join our warehouse operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, checking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
- Check product quantity, SKU, size, and condition before packing.
- Pack orders safely and securely for transportation.
- Properly label and organize packed orders for dispatch.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods.
- Receive, arrange, and store incoming inventory.
- Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the supervisor.
- Follow warehouse safety and handling procedures.
- Complete daily picking and packing targets.
- Support other warehouse activities as required.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th standard qualification preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; warehouse experience will be an advantage.
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing, walking, and lifting goods.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Basic smartphone knowledge preferred.
