Job DescriptionWe are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound customer calls for international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM/system tools.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines,



and compliance requirements.
- Achieve defined KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, quality, and productivity.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Support.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Robust listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
- Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.

Compensation₹4 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA, depending on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.
