Job Title: SketchUp Modeller – Industrial Buildings

Kalinda Technical Services & Consultancy is looking for a SketchUp Modeller to create accurate 3D models for industrial factories, warehouses, PEB structures and commercial facilities.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop detailed 3D SketchUp models of factory buildings, warehouses, PEB sheds, office blocks and site layouts.
- Prepare models from architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Create realistic views, sections, walkthrough scenes and presentation-ready visuals.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP and rendering teams for model accuracy.
- Update models as per design revisions and maintain proper layer/tag, component and material standards.
- Optimise models to ensure smooth working and avoid unnecessary heavy files.
- Support client presentations,



layout planning and design reviews.

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1–5 years’ experience in SketchUp modelling, preferably industrial or factory projects.
- Strong knowledge of SketchUp, LayOut and basic rendering tools such as Enscape, V-Ray, D5 or Lumion.
- Understanding of industrial building components: PEB frames, cladding, mezzanines, doors, skylights, trenches, roads and utility areas.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and convert them into accurate 3D models.
- Positive attention to detail, coordination and ability to meet deadlines.
