This role oversees recruitment, employee relations, compliance, perks administration, and performance management to support our overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies and lead employee onboarding programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff to resolve employee relations issues and workplace conflicts.
- Oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews, goal alignment, and PIP execution.
- Maintain complete compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and update company policies as needed.
- Manage employee benefits programs, leave policies, and coordinate payroll operations with management.
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
