- Must reside on the property full-time — this is a mandatory live-in role (accommodation & meals provided)
- Take complete ownership of daily operations: guest check-ins/check-outs, stay allocations, and overall site upkeep
- Lead and manage the entire on-site team — housekeeping, kitchen, and ground staff
- Own the guest experience end-to-end, resolving concerns and ensuring a smooth, memorable stay
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and coordinate vendors and supplies/inventory
- Manage day-to-day finances — collections, expenses, and reporting directly to the owner
- Plan and host guest events and activities (bonfires, hikes, games, movie nights)
- Drive property growth initiatives and execute the owner's strategic direction
- Strong leadership, communication, and calm, guest-first problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in hospitality, resort, or campsite operations preferred
- Work Can be either in the day time or night time, has to be adaptable
