Minimum of 8 - 12 years of experience in developing modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible web applications using React JS, Node JS, HTML, CSS, TS, JSON and JavaScript.
Expertise in building front-end web interfaces for polyglot backends built on pre-trained or fine-tuned AI/ML models (e.g., OpenAI etc.).
Experience working with AWS Cloud APIs and DevOps deployment and EKS, deploying applications.
Proficiency with microformats, micro frontend.
Experience in designing web applications using micro frontend architecture, creating design documents and data flow.
Experience in Microservices and monorepo.
Development experience of frontends/UI/UX layers for MERN stack for enterprise applications.
Hands-on technical implementation level knowledge and experience in MySQL, Postgres, Marklogic, MongoDB, and other databases.
Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques.
Expertise in creating automated unit test cases and using Github copilot/OpenAI to reduce development time.
Expert in debugging and problem-solving.
Positive understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, Less, etc.




Expertise in REST/JSON API's Design code for high scale/availability/resiliency.
Develop responsive and progressive web apps and integrate APIs using Python/NodeJS.
Develop System Integration and platform integration.
Strong business and technology decision-making skills are required.
Define and ensure team's deliveries adhere to non-functional requirements and schedule. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with coding or design.
Experience working with integration/API patterns. Designing microservices architecture.
DevOps and DevSecOps experience.
Experience with Agile Methodology, Design thinking, working with ambiguity, finding own path.
Always ready to learn, work on self-development, and team's capability development.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Positive to have: Python.
Positive to have: Rapid front-end/UI/UX prototyping/wireframing using several open-source and proprietary tools e.g. Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, etc.
Domain knowledge of Life sciences: Pharma R&D; is desirable.
Lead development teams.
Establish good coding practices.
