About the job

Key responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze data and prepare reports using Advanced Excel.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to track stock and operational updates.
Process and maintain invoices and purchase orders accurately.
Ensure proper documentation and systematic record management.
Monitor data accuracy and generate reports for management review.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
Regularly maintain and update databases, trackers, and operational records.

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements
Solid knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards).
Knowledge of Power BI or ERP systems is an added advantage.
