Position : Engineer / Manager

Qualification : B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering

Experience : 7+ years (for Senior Engineer) / 12+ years (for Manager) of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or product development in magnetic components or electronics manufacturing industry.

Salary : As per industry

Responsibilities

Design & Development: Lead the design and development of magnetic components,including transformers, inductors, and chokes, ensuring compliance with industry specifications.
Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Current Product Introduction (NPI): Work on the development and implementation of recent products, from prototyping to mass production.
Material Selection:



Evaluate and recommend suitable materials for magnetic components to achieve optimal performance.
Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to production and quality teams for troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
Testing & Validation: Conduct performance testing and validation of magnetic components, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to procure raw materials and evaluate their performance.
Lean & Six Sigma Initiatives: Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and technical reports.
