Krti Consulting is looking for motivated Sales Interns to join our political consulting team.

Amaresh Rai (Politics Coach) is a political consulting practice focused on helping aspiring and active politicians develop clear, effective strategies to win elections and build loyal voter bases. Drawing on experience managing successful municipal campaigns and advising multiple candidates and parties, the practice supports clients in funding, team building, and voter engagement through targeted messaging. The approach emphasizes practical, personalized guidance for individuals who are serious about improving their political impact but are unsure how to contest, campaign, or grow support. Sales interns join a growing environment where political coaching, strategic planning, and grassroots insights come together to create actionable pathways to electoral success.

Role Description Sales Interns (Political Consulting) support the growth of the consulting practice by identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach, and introducing political coaching services. This full-time, on-site role in West Delhi involves engaging with leads via calls and meetings, explaining service offerings, answering questions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in basic sales tracking tools. Interns assist in qualifying prospects, scheduling consultations, and providing customer service to ensure a professional and supportive experience for potential and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with the coach to refine messaging, participating in training sessions, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and client communication in a politically aware environment.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with prospective and current clients.




Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, conversion, and basic pipeline tracking.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly, apply feedback, and share knowledge with peers as needed.
Interest in politics, public affairs, or campaign strategy and a willingness to work in a politically focused consulting environment.
Ability to work on-site in West Delhi full time, with strong time management, organization, and ethical professionalism in handling client information.
Relevant coursework or experience in sales, marketing, political science, public administration, or related fields is an advantage.

Role Overview
As a Sales Intern, you will support the client acquisition process by researching potential political clients and scheduling meetings at our office.

• Make professional calls to our potential database
• Schedule meetings at the office
• Maintain follow-ups and coordinate meeting schedules
This is not a typical call-centre role. You will work with a curated database of political aspirants and leaders, prepare yourself with basic research, and invite them for meaningful discussions at our office.
