Role Purpose:
To support the R&D; team in preparing seasoning samples, managing raw materials, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring smooth lab operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Sample Preparation




Prepare seasoning samples as per provided recipes
Ensure accurate weighing and mixing of ingredients
Maintain consistency across batches
Inventory Management
Track and manage raw material stock in the lab
Highlight low stock and support replenishment
Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials
Documentation & Systems
Update records in Salesforce and Excel
Maintain sample coding, labels, and traceability
Record trial details and maintain logs
Lab Management
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Organize lab materials, samples, and equipment
Support day-to-day R&D; activities and trials

Ideal Candidate Profile:
B.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology or a related field
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience

Key Skills Required:
Basic laboratory knowledge and measurement skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow recipes, instructions and processes precisely
Basic computer skills, including Excel and data entry
Organized, disciplined and reliable approach
Good time management and willingness to perform hands-on, repetitive tasks

Role Focus Areas:
Accuracy in following recipes and instructions
Attention to detail and approach to handling mistakes
Comfort with repetitive, hands-on laboratory/plant work
Basic understanding of hygiene and laboratory practices
