Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator / Executive to handle sales coordination, lead generation, customer follow-up and marketing activities for Industrial Air Compressors, Medical Air Systems, Vacuum Pump Systems and related engineering products.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate new business leads through online portals, internet research, email, telephone, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

· Follow up regularly with existing and prospective customers.

· Understand customer requirements and share suitable product information.

· Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order follow-up.

· Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, Accounts, Service and Dispatch Teams.

· Update customers regarding order status, material readiness and delivery schedules.

· Follow up on pending payments and outstanding amounts.

· Maintain customer databases, sales records and follow-up reports.

· Attend customer meetings and occasional market, hospital or industrial visits.

· Support exhibitions, promotional activities and basic digital marketing coordination.

Educational Qualification

Candidates from Business, Marketing, Commerce, Mechanical Engineering or any related educational background may apply.

Candidates from other educational backgrounds may also apply, provided they have good communication, sales and computer skills.

Experience

Fresher to 3 years

Candidates with experience in Sales, Industrial Product Sales or the Manufacturing Industry will be preferred. Skilled and confident freshers may also apply.

Required Skills





· Good communication and convincing skills.

· Customer handling and regular follow-up ability.

· Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.

· Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Email and PDF documentation.

· Ability to communicate in Gujarati, Hindi and Basic English.

· Good organizational and coordination skills.

· Willingness to work with sales targets and deadlines.

· Ability to communicate professionally through telephone, email and WhatsApp.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in Industrial or Engineering Product Sales.

· Knowledge of quotations, GeM, tenders or vendor registration.

· Two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

· Candidates residing in Naroda GIDC or nearby areas.

· Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.

Working Hours

9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off

Tuesday or Saturday, as per the Company Work Schedule

Salary

₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month

The final salary will be decided based on the candidate’s qualifications, communication skills, experience, computer knowledge and interview performance.
