Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project schedules, work programs, and project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and vendors.
- Develop and update project plans using planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify project delays and suggest corrective actions.
- Track manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Ensure timely completion of construction activities while maintaining quality standards.
- Support project budgeting, resource planning, and cost control activities.
- Maintain project documentation and planning records.
