Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Staff Augmentation Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic clients across IT and Non-IT domains. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates for contract staffing, C2H, and permanent staffing requirements within defined timelines.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, understanding of client requirements, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work on multiple mandates simultaneously in a rapid-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Staff Augmentation and Contract Staffing requirements.
Work closely with clients and internal SPOCs to understand hiring needs and priority mandates.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, networking, and database hunting.
Screen, assess, and shortlist relevant candidates as per client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, offer discussions, and onboarding activities.
Maintain strong candidate engagement and ensure a smooth hiring experience.




Ensure timely submissions and closures within defined TAT.
Maintain accurate records in ATS/Recruitment Tracker/Hirism.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring skill sets and niche requirements.
Follow up regularly with candidates and clients for interview status and joining updates.
Work on both IT and Non-IT mandates depending upon business requirements.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of domestic staffing and recruitment processes.
Hands-on experience in Contract Staffing / C2H hiring.
Good exposure to sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Good understanding of technical and functional skill mapping.
Experience in client coordination and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment workflow management.
