Key Responsibilities
As our Workforce Development Executive , you will:
- Manage end-to-end staff lifecycle - from hiring to exit .
- Conduct background verification, reference checks, and onboarding formalities .
- Draft and enforce policies, SOPs, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management .
- Conduct training, mentorship support, and workforce development programs .
- Handle grievance redressal, discipline, and conflict management .
- Oversee exit processes , including exit interviews and clearance .
- Work closely with leadership to align people's growth with the firm's growth vision .

Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related fields.
- 3-6 years of proven experience in end-to-end HR management .

- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.
