- Develop new business opportunities in the Sugar Industry.
- Visit sugar plants, factories, process industries, and customer sites.
- Promote Industrial Automation, Valves, Actuators, Solenoid Valves, and Instrumentation products.
- Generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial offers, and convert enquiries into orders.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers, consultants, and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Handle quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and order execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer support.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the Sugar Industry.
- Experience in selling Industrial Automation, Valves, Actuators, Instrumentation, or related process equipment.
- Good knowledge of sugar plant processes and industrial applications will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
