Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise on Workday Functional, including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Perks, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Learning & Development modules.

- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design solutions using Workday products.

- Develop test scripts for testing new features and enhancements in Workday products.

- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday implementation projects and provide resolutions.

- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to improve process efficiency.
